Chateau在法文中的意思是城堡，但別誤會，在這裡你不會有城堡的感覺。這是個在Carrboro NC54公路上只有單人房的優質社區，價格是在學校附近社區單人房中相對少的，但這裡在Apartment.com上的綜合評價很高。社區居民以學生為主，進出單純、治安良好。管理人員的服務態度很不錯，平時看到人都會打招呼。雖然鄰近54公路，但在社區內或房間內平時都很安靜。社區定時有人清掃、草木定時有人修剪，該有的都有！另外這邊使用Duke Energy的電，電費較為低廉。走路2分鐘到公車站、7.5分鐘可以到Carrboro Plaza，機能都算方便。除了住這的台灣人太少外整體來說相當不錯！
